  I’ve been to this location multiple times in the past and never had an issue. I drive a Jeep Wrangler with aftermarket upgrades, and they used to handle alignments just fine. That clearly is no longer the case. This last visit was a complete disaster. I picked up my Jeep and within minutes my dash was lighting up with traction control warnings, and the vehicle was pulling hard to the right. That is not a coincidence—that’s the direct result of sloppy work. When I returned, instead of taking responsibility, the guy at the counter immediately got defensive and said, “We wouldn’t have caused that!”—before even looking at the vehicle. That attitude alone is a red flag. I had to push just to get them to take it back and actually check their work. They later admitted they “found what they did wrong” and claimed it was fixed. It wasn’t. The Jeep was still pulling, the steering wheel was off-center, and now it was throwing an Electronic Stability Control warning. At that point, it was obvious they either don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care. I took it to another shop in Mauldin, and what they found was unacceptable and honestly dangerous. The rear track bar had been adjusted incorrectly, shifting the rear axle about 2 inches to the right—basically causing the Jeep to crab walk down the road. The front drag link was completely misadjusted, unevenly threaded, and nowhere near correct. There were also toe issues on top of that. This isn’t a minor mistake—this is reckless work that could have caused a serious accident. If you’re driving a modified Jeep, do NOT take it here. Instead of admitting they don’t have the expertise, they’ll guess, mess with critical components, and send you out on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I used to recommend this place. Not anymore. Safety clearly isn’t a priority here, and that’s unacceptable.

  Started having sensor issues, came in, they got it done fast and easy, sensors were great price and they did tire maintenance like sensor check and air check free of charge. Amazing store, great experienced and friendly team, general manager is a well experienced in vehicles of all kinds knows his stuff he's professional and honest about the business so I'd trust my vehicle at this store anyday!

  Tires are outstanding, seriously, I made the mistake to keep the original equipment NEXTEN of my Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 SE ….. they lasted just 30000 miles !!! So I replaced with GOODYEAR, after 10000 miles they look as new. On the other hand GOODYEAR service is professional reliable

  I have 4 cars that ALL currently get serviced at the Goodyear in Simpsonville. Manager Stephen and Mechanic Mike Mitch have been lifesavers time after time. Both listen very well and communicate thoroughly of what is needed for the fix. They are true to their quotes and word. Both keep you informed on the status of your vehicles. Stephen makes you feel that your in good hands and he will personally go out of his way to make anything right. Instead of having busy techs clean some dirt from work he (while busy) he cleaned my driver area better than I left it. No work is beneath him. He is a good example for his employees. As far as Mike his experience level is off the charts. He can do it ALL!! My family all know to go see Mike if they have any issues. I no longer let any place work on my cars except for Team Stephen and Mike. Goodyear, those two are awesome employees in a world of not so good workers........take care of them.
