They maintained professionalism while also maintaining rapport. My service team was Cameron, Justin, & Nolen. They had a great co-worker relationship which always adds to the experience. Justin, the manager, takes pride in his role and made himself known in case I needed anything which is always appreciated! I was in and out quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending this specific location to everyone I know, and I personally will be back.
- SSSarah SantinoNov 18, 20251.0I went in for an oil change and the next day, there was a bunch of oil under my car and actively dripping from the drain plug. So i went back and they told me they would come to my house and fix it as i couldn’t even drive the car. Diego went to my house and drained the oil and applied a new drain plug. However, they never told me that during the first oil change they didn’t change out my oil plug. ITS PLASTIC needs to be changed after every service. They said they didn’t have one so they simply didn’t use it. WHICH CAUSED AN OIL LEAK! After they change it for the SECOND time my oil was still leaking and they claimed there was something wrong with my oil pan and that it had nothing to do with the plug. So i took it to a REAL mechanic for a diagnosis, and they said there was nothing wrong with my car and that it was just a leak from the OIL PLUG. So i called and requested to talk to the area manager as I want my money back for the service. I talked to Zeb and he said that i could bring in the diagnosis and the new amount i had to pay for a professional oil change once again. He said the area manager would call me that same day, and if he didn’t then the store would. They never called. This was more than a month ago. This store lacks taking accountability. If you can’t change an oil, honestly shut down the store.
