My son and I tried to get it started but soon realized that we needed a tow. I called 3 other towing companies from my Google search and The Towing Service, LLC was the only company to pick up the phone. (Even though the other companies promoted 24/7 service but couldn’t answer their phones) Jake, from The Towing Service LLC shows up within 15 minutes of my phone call and also texted me to let me know how far he was from my location. Jake was a lifesaver!!! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In no time at all he had my car all hooked up and towed to my house. When you are in that situation and are stressed out like I was, just do yourself a favor and call the best… The Towing Service, LLC and forget about bothering with all the others that aren’t professional enough to answer the phone in your time of need.
