The customer service is consistently excellent—every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, and when I leave, I’m always thanked for shopping and invited to come back. That level of friendliness really sets QT apart. I start almost every morning here with a nitro cold brew. After three years of drinking decaf (thinking caffeine was the cause of my anxiety and jitters), I discovered that I can tolerate nitro cold brew just fine. I believe it’s the lower acidity compared to slow drip coffee that makes all the difference. I’m extremely grateful that QT installed nitro taps in all of their stores—it allows me to enjoy my morning coffee without the discomfort I’d get from regular coffee. I’m also a big fan of their flavored tea selections, especially now with the new automated machine. As a local chiropractor, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know multiple QuikTrip employees through my office, and I can confidently say they genuinely enjoy their jobs and the company they work for. Considering the high volume and fast pace they work under, it’s truly impressive to see how happy and upbeat they remain. Again, the pump did NOT print a receipt. I can go inside to get a receipt, but the inside receipt doesn't show my QT Preloaded Card's remaining balance as the pump's receipt does. Please maintain your equipment.
