  Showed up at 1:50pm without an appointment which is my fault with that being said the gentleman at the desk told me it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait, which was understandable. 3 hours later in the waiting room I finally walked up to the desk and asked about my vehicle which was apparently done and nobody said anything to me. If I hadn’t walked up to ask I would’ve been there until they closed.

  These guys helped me out with a nail in the tire 5 minutes before closing and were nothing but polite and professional about it. They are way better than the previous owners.

  I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! The staff is very friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options, worked efficiently, and made sure I got exactly what I needed and Tim let me know what other things were wrong that are effecting other sounds that are being made. The service was quick and the prices were fair. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Highly recommend! Tim and Alex were both very knowledgeable people to work with!

  Very upset with my experience. Scheduled online for 4 new tires. When I arrived, drop off was quick and easy. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I get a call about an hour or so later, asking if I knew what the check tire on my appointment was. I said no, it was just for 4 new tires. I was then told it would be an hour to a hour and a half. So that was twice I was told this. I finally get a call about 3 1/2 hours after I originally dropped my car off. The total was about $50 more than the online estimate was which fine, whatever, I get it. Noticed on my receipt that it says to return after 25 miles have been driven to have the tires retorqued. I’m glad that I looked at my receipt because this wasn’t said to me at checkout. While taking the highway to work the next day, my car starts vibrating pretty badly. I work the night shift, so I was unable to bring my car back that day. I got up today to take it back to have the tires retorqued. I mentioned the vibrating to whoever was up front, and what I was told was that it sounded like a balancing issue and to bring the car back when I had time for them to balance it. I had time then, but that option was not offered to me. I paid $100 to have them balance the tires when they were put on my car. Now I have to make another separate trip up there to have them fix something that should’ve been done the first time I was in and could’ve been done when I went back the second time. I won’t be returning, this is what I get for trying to save some money and not going through my actual mechanic’s shop.

  Please go somewhere else, trust me! I made an appointment on Friday 10/31 for SUNDAY 11/2 at 9AM when this location opened. I arrived at 8:55, store opened at 9, and my vehicle was in the bay by 9:15 AM. 9:45AM tires were dismounted and I’m told “your tires won’t be here until 11:15-11:30AM. It was nothing but excuses from this point on to me and SOOOOO many customers waiting around. Examples: One guy had an appointment at 9AM for TWO tires, he was still waiting when I left at 12:45 One lady was back for the FOURTH time for the correct brake job/ parts. Another woman came in after forgetting her Stanley cup yesterday, “I’ll say a prayer for yall. I was here for over FIVE hours yesterday” Point blank.. don’t come here for anything or if you do, plan on packing your breakfast, lunch, bring a phone charger, and get ready for a mess. READ THE OTHER GOOGLE REVIEW TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Corporate/ owner needs to clean house! “Owner” don’t respond with your BS cookie cutter response, yall have my phone number!
