- SCSteve ColeJan 8, 20251.0My vehicle got to their shop on July 15, 2024. I was told my vehicle would be ready August 9th. The repairs were finally “complete” August 27th. It took over a month for repairs that are still not completely right. As a result I had to start paying for a rental car out of pocket. After discussing with the “manager”, Randy, I was told I would get a refund of my $500 deductible. As of today, January 8, 2025, I have yet to receive the refund and Randy refuses to answer the phone or respond to voicemails. I will NEVER recommend Gerber to anyone nor will I ever use them for anything ever again. I would give them 0 stars if possible!! They are LIARS!!!
