Then the guy says I can borrow the battery cart and tools and install it myself. Seems like if it is a such a safety issue that they wouldn’t willingly let customers take the risk with their tools? Talked to their chat agent and they said there is no such policy to not install batteries in the rain. This interaction alone shows that they are willing to lie, cut corners, and just down right be lazy. I went across the street to O’Reillys and it was done in 5 mins no issues. I will never come back to this location for anything.

THEN conveniently recommended me to her boyfriend that works at Paul discount tires that could install it. I arrived and he Said he would have to place a new cooling system as well because of my type of vehicle and would be $300 to install it and an all day job also he would only take CASH. How convenient. Left went to good year they said nothing was wrong with my starter just needed a new battery for $238.
