  Conventional oil change, was fast and efficient. Didn't try to sell me any thing extra.Checked all my lights and air in the tires.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The oil change felt rushed from start to finish, and it didn’t seem like proper steps were followed. They appeared to start adding new oil before the old oil had fully drained, which is concerning for a full synthetic service On top of that, there was no walkthrough or inspection of basic items like lights or signals, which I’ve had done at other locations without even having to ask. I also wasn’t shown my air filter until I specifically requested to see it. Overall, the service felt incomplete and not thorough. I won’t be returning to this location based on this experience. If I’m paying over a hundred dollars for my service at least do it correctly and with care! Their other location in Seneca is no damn better smh! I guess I’ll try the Clemson one now

  This is the only place I go to have my oil changed. This time, they didn't reset the oil life button or put a sticker on my windshield. I think one of the guys were new, sometimes he just acted like he didn't know what he was doing? I wish they would keep the same ppl there instead of wait them around! I really liked the one that was there last time.
