This was my first experience with the Lake Keowee Ford service department, and it will NOT be my last! They were courteous, knowledgeable and understanding about my problem with my Ford Escape. They worked me into their busy schedule, and I was in and out in less than an hour! I know it always doesn't go like this, and I understand why. But it was a breath of fresh air to experience this at a dealership service department. A special shout out to Shawna and all who work there! Thank you!
The vehicle purchasing experience was excellent, and the service staff was professional and communicated clearly throughout the visit. I appreciated being asked for approval before any additional work was done (showed me a picture of the cabin air filter and ac filter)
That said, the pricing for the service was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not justified. I have a prepaid maintenance package that is supposed to cover oil changes, yet after a basic oil change and air filter (ac and cabin) replacement (which I approved), the final cost was still $100 after applying the ppm credit.
For comparison, similar services elsewhere cost significantly less and usually include filters at no additional charge. The level of service here does not offset the substantial difference in price.

This past Saturday we drove from Spartanburg to Lake Keowee Ford to trade in for a Bronco! We had a great experience and worked with Tyler Miller! We all around had a great experience, very smooth and quick process. No pressure at all, great personalities across the board, from start to finish.
