I took a day off and had to find someone to drive me there and they also missed work. We drove over 30 minutes to get there and was told "sorry no pickups"! However it was confirmed via email. They said you can have a van. I had no choice but to take the van and it didn't work out. Fast forward to today. Same exact thing. Reserved on line took off work same for my driver. We got there today and they said sorry no pickups. I said it was again confirmed by email. The employee said "we can't be responsible for the web site" They offered no apology and acted as if it was my fault for relying on the website! They need to get employees who are capable and better customer relations! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

I am going out of town today and need the vehicle asap. They do not have an estimated time of when one will be available. I also just went on their website and a minivan shows available to rent from 12 today.
