- JMJordan Marina3 days ago1.0I was originally quoted $15 for a single headlight bulb replacement, but upon completion of service, the price shot up to $35 for just one bulb. I asked if I could return/refund the bulb and just bring my own because they're $19 for a single or $35 for BOTH at advanced auto parts. They claimed they could not take the bulb back nor refund me for it. Very irritating experience. Lesson learned. Don't trust their quotes; you're better off buying your products and bringing them in to be serviced 9 times out of 10. Update: in response to the social media representative... offering a discount on a future oil change, in which I continue to give you more money, is not "resolving the issue". Especially when you all always offer a "discount" on that service in the first place.

I know this because they never offered to reset my oil service light and it's a sealed transmission. I also now have a rattle at low speeds occurring near the cabin that wasnt present before this interaction. It is not ok to lie and claim something was done when it wasn't or couldn't be done. I ask for honesty. How certain can I be that everything was done correctly when two lies were already told. This is not ok. Your service member lied on the report to you and me. I expect something to be done about this. I choose valvoline as a trusted service center now I have to rethink that decision.
