I was looking at purchasing another truck, and even though we couldn’t come to an agreement, working with their department was genuinely easy. The salesperson Mark Meredith was respectful the whole time, and there was never any pressure. I’ve been through a lot of vehicle negotiations over the years, and when a deal doesn’t happen, some dealerships can get difficult—acting irritated, dragging out returning keys, or turning the experience negative. That wasn’t the case here. They were willing to negotiate, stayed professional, and were perfectly fine shaking hands when the deal didn’t get done. I honestly wish more dealerships around the Upstate handled business the same way.
