- FCFred C6 days ago1.0I wanted to rent a car. I went through USAA and they referred me to Enterprise in Seneca, South Carolina.. They called and confirmed the rental reservations February 27 8 AM.. I get a call from them at 7 AM telling me they don’t have a vehicle for me . I needed this rental because my vehicle had broken down and needed that way to work that morning. They said that they would have something may be possible later on that day, but that wouldn’t work. So they need to have let me know way in advance the same day that they wasn’t gonna have anything I could’ve made other plans. not happy with them at all. I’m gonna tell USAA never to rent me a vehicle within Enterprise. I’m done with all business ties with him. The Seneca, South Carolina branch location is horrible. Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend that business if it was the last rental place in the country. Someone needs to manage this place better than it is. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this branch. if I could give them a zero, I would

Shortest I’ve had to wait was 30 minutes, longest was overnight… totally unacceptable. No call in advance to tell me the vehicle wasn’t returned yet… staff is fine, it’s their system and communication that is horrible.
