Had we of been advised about what was actually needed, I could have sorted it out during the week and had it ready, but staff couldn't care less about their jobs

- DLDanielle LongNov 28, 20251.0Trying to reach somebody by phone is damn near impossible. After they realize you’ve called a couple times they just hang up on you because they recognize your number. They must be understaffed. I returned a rental car that I paid $2500 for and I can’t even get someone to answer the phone. This is the one in Seneca, South Carolina. The one in Simi Valley, California, where I picked the car up was absolutely amazing. Also, don’t expect them to come pick you up because they their radius for helping with that is only “5 minutes” from their office. I’ve dealt with enterprise before and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Simply being hung up on is completely unprofessional. Especially after spending $2500 for a one week rental I dropped the car off last night and wanted to confirm that they knew that and can’t get in touch with anybody and they have been open for an hour and a half The day before when I called to see if they could bring me back to my house that’s only 20 minutes away after I drop the car off, it took me 20 minutes of realizing they’re not going to answer the phone. Someone called me back hours later. It’s horrible. They need a new manager.!
