- JJJimJan 6, 20262.0Stopped here on New Year’s with a lot of travelers on the road, so I expected it to be busy—but the pumps were a mess. The pump I used was clearly malfunctioning. After I finished fueling and hung up the nozzle, the pump stayed open and never closed out my transaction. I had to go inside and ask the staff to reset it, and it felt like this was a normal, everyday issue to them. That’s concerning, since anyone pulling up behind me could have pumped fuel on my card. On top of that, the pump would not accept my Pilot number and kept giving an error message over and over, which just added to the frustration. Between the pump errors and having to go inside just to make sure my card wasn’t still active, the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. I usually expect better reliability from Pilot, especially when it comes to payment security at the pumps. Hopefully this location addresses these issues, because right now it’s more frustrating than convenient.
