- JJJim6 days ago2.0Stopped here on New Year’s with a lot of travelers on the road, so I expected it to be busy—but the pumps were a mess. The pump I used was clearly malfunctioning. After I finished fueling and hung up the nozzle, the pump stayed open and never closed out my transaction. I had to go inside and ask the staff to reset it, and it felt like this was a normal, everyday issue to them. That’s concerning, since anyone pulling up behind me could have pumped fuel on my card. On top of that, the pump would not accept my Pilot number and kept giving an error message over and over, which just added to the frustration. Between the pump errors and having to go inside just to make sure my card wasn’t still active, the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. I usually expect better reliability from Pilot, especially when it comes to payment security at the pumps. Hopefully this location addresses these issues, because right now it’s more frustrating than convenient.
- MFMarcus FNov 30, 20255.0You'll be waiting in a line for gas & bathroom both parties, the mens had a urinal OOS this is the 2nd time I seen this another stop had 2 unusable stalls, must be a blue law. I worked for a .municipal outfit where the janitors purposely closed off stalls & sinks,so they wouldn't have to clean them. Im still giving the. 5 stars but if anyone experiences this days from now ,then that's what's going on , I'm sure the local health dept would' love to know what the issue it about.

The only problem we have with this location which we come to every morning is the diesel prepay pump 17 is ALWAYS BLOCKED BY TRUCKERS who are NOT getting diesel! Due to that we have pulled in and pulled right back out. We give yall a ton of business everyday! Please please please put up a sign for truckers to please stop blocking the diesel pumps if your not getting diesel! Fyi the lady's in the early mornings are wonderful! 5 stars to them!!! Keep up the great work!

It kept starting back from the beginning of sign up and the text box blocked the information needed slot. I went inside to ask that the cashier help me by running my transaction through the register and letting me buy my fuel that way. This worker then got smart mouthed and told me that she couldn't do that and would walk me outside to show me how to use the pump for buying my gas. I'm sorry, but this is not what I asked. Ring up my fuel is what I needed. I got a smarty pants attitude from the employee and I told her I would go elsewhere. Is this what you teach your employees to do to new customers? I'll never stop there again. I was already having a tough day and was running behind on other errands. Poor service will never increase profits.
