  Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the tech that did my windshield, but his work was amazing, got me in and out in about an hour and a half. Plus the window was so clean I almost forgot I had one!

  They were very professional, took about an hour and did it in my driveway. The young man was very friendly and polite. Took the time to explain what was done when he was finished and gave me after care instructions. I was very impressed.

  Having a broken windshield from ice storm. I made a call to auto Light. They were very professional showed up on time took care of the vehicle. The gentleman that worked with me was Tony outstanding personality and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

  I don’t typically leave reviews but I am very unimpressed with this safelite. First it’s my second time coming this week because the first time they placed my windshield on the vehicle there was a continuous air leak when I would go down the road that was audible. Secondly I had to call safelite before closing to ensure that they would not leave the keys in the business. After confirming they told me that they would leave the keys under the mat of the vehicle driver side. When arriving at 4:58 p.m which is before closing I go to try and open my door of my vehicle which I find out is locked. There was not a single worker there in ensure that the keys was in vehicle or to help me.

  Absolute joke. Made an appointment, rep on phone confirmed part availability for next day replacement. When I arrive for scheduled appointment, I get told by receptionist, who claims she called and text me..she did attempt to call once, left no message and I called back 3 times with no answer, no text etc. that she rescheduled me for a week later due to not having the correct part. The phone system here is an absolute joke. You play hell to get an actual person to speak with when you call, and there’s no way to speak to anyone that is at the location just a call center. The receptionist called me that 1 time from a cell phone, but absolutely refused to answer and calls. I wouldn’t waste my time or energy ever trying to give them business in the future.
