  I have several disabilities that make it difficult to get out and get my car serviced on time. This was apparently a problem for Charles. The last time I got my car serviced was Nov 2025 at this Valvoline. Around February my car started making a knocking sound underneath the car. A few illnesses plus a hospital visit really set me back from getting the issue looked at but today I took it to a mechanic who found that the last person to change my oil (Nov 2025) left a ‘magnet tray’(???) on my car’s control arm. The magnet got caught between the arm and the body of my car and was getting crushed. They called Valvoline for me and were told that I could come up to the shop and they’d take care of me. When I got there Anthony offered me a $25 off coupon and I admit I was doing some negotiating since that’s something you can get on the website. So then he offered me $40 off to which I said, “okay sounds good!” I was sitting in my car when Charles appeared next to my door to explain that the people who worked on my car no longer worked there. And he the said that I must have gotten my car taken care of somewhere between now and November (I hadn’t). He then said that they really only see 70/80 year olds leaving their car this long between oil changes and said I looked fine so it didn’t make sense. I was livid and I saw red. This man who does not know me is interrogating me and judging me for not getting my oil changed which isn’t even relevant to the main problem which is a huge magnet had been getting crunched under my car for MONTHS. After all that they did give me this note on my receipt good for a discount. I still called the customer care center to let them know. I have seen other reviews about Charles. All in all I was not impressed and he really seemed to think I should be. I will never come back here again.

  the staff was very friendly, outgoing, and very helpful with the moment I drove into the bay and then when I left. They went through a great inspection process, never felt pressure for the up sale either.

  Had a great experience here! Jacob, Charles, and Drake were all professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything I needed to know without wasting my time, and I was in and out before I knew it. Highly recommend!

  The team at this location has consistently provided great service. They are efficient, they care about the quality of their work, and they are always friendly and professional.

  Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has exceptional customer service skills. There was know wait. He had me in and out literally. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. I definitely will be back for my next oil change from now on
