  Where do I start? I've been waiting over three weeks for the glass to arrive for my company vehicle, a 2024 Toyota Rav4. The Rock Hill location keeps calling me the morning of the appointment to tell me that the glass did not arrive on the delivery truck and that we need to reschedule my appointment. They also say that they have no control over what glass arrives and or how to find out why my glass is not arriving. I finally told them that I would have to go to a different company all together and the response from the lady was , ( you gotta do what you gotta do ). I should have known better than you use this company at this location as I had an issue a few years ago with a 2024 Kia that needed a windshield and when the tech arrived at my house he had the wrong windshield on the van and had to reschedule for the following week. When they arrived the following week the with the correct windshield the tech broke it during installation and scheduled me for a new one the following week after that. This location has been a total circus every time I try to use them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  We have used SafeLite before. It's super easy to schedule an appointment. Transparent pricing. Our technician communicated well prior to arrival and during the appointment. Our crack was pretty extensive. We were made fully aware that imperfections in the glass would still be visible even after repair. That did not bother us. Our technician was able to do the repair without the damage spreading which was a win for us. It was actually more cost effective to have them replace the wiper blades then to buy them and replace ourselves. We would use them again.

  I was amazed on the repair that done on the chi that was in my windshield. I was do impressed that said WOW, could barely see what was once a visible crack. Thanks Safelite for having technician that take pride in doing an outstanding job

  Hey 😁 we want to take to appreciate Safelite Auto Glass team for getting my windshield fixed were just glad that we got a windshield fixed everyone was kind and generous any questions that we needed to answer they answereds and before they hand the keys back they make sure that we were good before we left and the wait time was perfect we was there no more than 30 minutes max 😁🦋👍🚗

  TWICE now I’ve used this specific location for my glass needs and on BOTH occasions I have been treated with TOTAL professionalism by EVERYONE I’ve encountered and the technicians have proven to be VERY experienced and proficient in their service. Below is a section regarding “price” but unfortunately I can’t comment on that due to my insurance covering the service at no cost to me.
