  It appears that are many glowing 5 star reviews recently from “customers” with less than 5 total reviews. So let’s just “assume” they are real. That said, my past 3 experiences are short to no staff available, long wait times, and incomplete service. When I visit other Mavis/NTB locations around time, they say “yea, they seem to have issues with staffing” at this location. It’s sad, because this used to be my go to place, but something has gone sideways in the past 12 months.

  The guys at Mavis took care of everything I needed. Set of tires done quickly and professionally. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Gabe was awesome and recommended a very good set of tires for my driving needs. Highly recommend

  Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was it was very clean I was greeted by abbey and she was super helpful with diagnosing my brakes on our 4Runner then I was introduced to Matt who was handling the job for us he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with this location. Thanks Matt and Abbey!!!!

  My car just turned 100k miles... and they took extra good care of her! I'm always impressed by their facility, staff, and how consistently they go above and beyond with service. I will not take my car any where else!
