  Absolutely the BEST experience! I was very impressed with how friendly the employees are. Impressed with how easy it was to rent a vehicle and how easy the return was. It means a lot to walk into a business and everyone there is happy, friendly and willing to help you. Their customer service is top notch!

  We've always used Enterprise ... they were always the best, but lately their service, available cars and cleanliness of vehicles has gone downhill! I firmly believe they must be giving a discount to people who smoke weed and/or cigarettes in their vehicles! We havent gotten one in recent years that hasn't completely REEKED of pot and cigarettes. We typically have to purchase 3 or more deoderizers to get the vehicle to the point that we can stand being in it. Lately we've had vehicles that had expired tags, dying batteries, key fob batteries that died, flat tires, expired tags, just to name a few. It just seems like we are paying way too much to end up with something Im scared to be on the road in for fear that it would break down, or I'd be pulled over and arrested for smoking weed. Do better Enterprise, please!

  Tried to rent luxury car from here. They waited until the day before my rental to tell me they didn’t have it and they told me I’d have to go to the Charlotte Douglas airport to get the car because they had anything I would need there so I proceeded to do so, after getting to the airport paying to park going inside to deal with the enterprise employee Just to find out that I couldn’t rent anything from there without a reservation from that location specifically and there was nothing they could do to help me out at all so between the diesel prices as high as they are driving all the way to Charlotte and paying to park I’m out about And they can’t do anything to make it right would never recommend enterprise at rock Hill or enterprise at all horrible experience if I could give 1000 zero stars I would

  I am writing to commend the staff at your Rock Hill, SC location for their outstanding customer service. The team was courteous, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. In particular, the pick-up and drop-off service is an exceptional feature that was incredibly helpful. Based on this experience, Enterprise has earned my future business, and I will highly recommend this location to others.
