I go up to the glass office and the guy who charged my CC asked if I had a problem I said yes, as a matter fact, my tires are still dirty. He replies, well you only paid for soap and water ? Isn’t a car wash supposed to wash your car? This car wash deserves a one star review. But, they have a unique automated system that contacted me twice. Eventually, I received a phone call from a local manager who offered me a free $30 wash which I took advantage of.
