  I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, and the car wash itself does a great job—my car always comes out very clean. I accidentally left my key inside my car, and George immediately offered to help by driving me back home to get my key since I live nearby on Celanese, instead of letting me walk. That was incredibly kind and above-and-beyond service. Thank you so much, Sir George, for your help and excellent customer service!

  If you’re looking for the absolute gold standard in car care, look no further than Express ZIPS Car Wash on Cherry Road. After the brutal winter spells we’ve had, when salt, grime, and road residue tried their best to defeat my vehicle, this team didn’t just clean my car — they restored it. George, the manager, is the definition of leadership and professionalism. His patience is unmatched, especially during the busy post-winter rush. He doesn’t just manage — he serves. He goes above and beyond in ways you don’t see anymore. He takes the time to make sure every customer feels valued, heard, and completely satisfied. That level of care is rare. And then there’s Tevin Culp — truly an exceptional attendant. You can tell immediately that he takes immense pride in his position. His attention to detail, humility, and respectful demeanor set him apart. He treats every vehicle like it’s his own and every customer with genuine kindness. In an age where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, Tevin brings heart back into the experience. The Cherry Road location doesn’t just wash cars — they deliver excellence, integrity, and top-tier service every single time. I leave not only with a spotless car but with appreciation for a team that genuinely cares. Five stars isn’t enough. Highly, highly recommend.

  Don’t get the membership. It’s nearly impossible to cancel the membership without calling customer service and they ask you 1 million questions before they will cancel the membership for you. If they’ve charged your card for a membership you request cancelled, they won’t refund you!

  I highly recommend everyone coming to express zips car wash! George and his team will make sure your car is squeaky clean. If you’re in the rock hill area or stopping by you should visit! 10/10 service.
