I thought it was just cosmetic damage so the other driver and I went our separate ways after exchanging numbers. I quickly realized that something was wrong once I started driving. Safelite let me know my car wasn’t safe to drive and helped point me in the right direction of what to do and to stay calm. They informed me my windshield will survive and to focus on taking care of the damage caused by the accident.

The first time I went I had an appointment and it took about 2 hours as it should but when I picked up my vehicle they left glass everywhere inside the vehicle. I had a minor crack in the windshield. And the molding was leaking through the inside. I didn’t complain am not that kind of guy. When I was driving to work the next morning the window seal flew off of my car. I brought my car back to the shop around 3pm that day and the lady told me the all the technicians left early that day so I had to come back. It ended up raining that night and it leaked through into my car. I brought my car back in the next day to get it fixed and they again said they couldn’t fix it that day and I had to schedule an appointment. After 4 trips they did end up fixing it hence the two stars but I still have a water stain and a smell in my car. VERY FRUSTRATING! I wish I would have just kept the crack or paid a real professional to do it.
