- WBwilliam brutonDec 28, 20251.0Not a tire shop. I brought my wife's mustang in to get 2 tires changed and was told they couldn't do it. They told me they could change the tires but could not torque the lug nuts. The lugnuts on the car are the black spikes and require a special socket that is not to be used on impacts as it will damaged the lug nuts and the socket. I provided them with the socket but they told me they do not have torque wrenches to remove and install lug nuts by hand. They only have torque sticks and an impact that only goes up to 80 ft/lbs. I would not recommend getting tires changed here if they have no way of knowing if your wheels are actually tight on the car. Seems unprofessional to me if the entire shop doesn't possess a single torque wrench rated for lug nuts. Stay safe, go somewhere else.

I was unaware initially that they also do most engine and vehicle repairs beyond just tires. That work was also done quickly and correctly at a significant cost savings as compared to the dealership.
