  First off. I just want to say all the employees were very helpful very respectful. Second off the help the store manager Aaron gave me was out of this world. I would recommend this company and this location to anyone.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Duff. A piece of my car had come off unexpectedly, and he fixed it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated how fast he got everything taken care of and made sure my car was safe to drive again. Excellent service—definitely a 5-star experience. Thanks again, Duff!

  I had to have a tire replaced in an emergency situation only 10 min before closing almost 1 hour from home. Duff at the 1279 Celanese Rd Rock Hill Sc location waited on me and the tow truck to replace the tire so I could make it home and not be stuck at night alone waiting on someone to pick me up. This also prevented me having to get a ride back the next day from 43 miles away. He also recommended a comparable replacement tire based on my driving needs.

  I had an excellent experience with Aaron. He installed new tires, shocks, and brakes on my car, and the quality of his work was top notch. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything I needed to know about my car, what was urgent, what could wait, and why each repair mattered. It made me feel informed and confident about the work being done. Aaron is honest, skilled, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Highly recommend!

  Thank you for great customer service and promptness and professionalism. I was in need of tire repair. The Service Manager Aaron pulled my car into the shop right away, even though they were working on several other vehicles at the time. I was out the door within 30 minutes. I also inquired about other services such as brakes and tires and was pleasantly surprised with their services and reasonable prices. I'll be back.
