They immediately said it was my brakes, so I paid to have them fixed. After the repair, the noise got even worse. When I brought it back, they told me the brakes just needed adjusting. Then, after hitting a pothole, my tire actually fell off—something that clearly shows the work they did was either incomplete or faulty. To make matters worse, I’m still paying on this car while dealing with these dangerous issues. This level of service is unacceptable and unsafe. I do not recommend trusting Mavis Cherry Rd with your vehicle.

I had a nail in my tire with very low pressure and they were able to see me last minute/ at the end of their shift. They were incredibly kind and the prices were far lower than the dealership I had been to earlier. I highly recommend Mavis Tires!
