We drove to Pep Boys that was the closest to us and we waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us so we left. We went to NTB tire where my friend had bought her tires. .across town. They were booked up for over 3 hours. We left and checked right up on the corner of Heckle and Herlong Ave near the Hospital at Mavis Tires & Brakes. They didn't know us, but they came out to the car, checked the tire and told us to give them 30 to 45 minutes to fix the tire. That was at 12:30pm. It's 12:50... and our car is ready!!!! Thank you Mavis for saving us and helping us to get on our winter vacation. We HIGHLY recommend them for their excellent customer service and caring for our needs.
