This is the only place that has ever taken the time to explain to me what is wrong with my car, how they’ll fix it, and why it’ll cost what it does. I bought a set of tires from here and got a nail in one of them shortly after, I came in bummed out about it and they plugged it free of charge just out of the kindness of their hearts. As a young woman I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff here treating me the same as they would with anyone else instead of making me feel dumb like most experiences I’ve had with mechanics. If you’re looking for a place to get a new set of tires or most basic maintenance and repairs Mavis is your place!
