- LHLogan HortonJan 6, 20263.0First off the sales experience was great, Mae was wonderful to deal with. My issue is the "service and inspection" that was supposedly done to the car. The air filters were in terrible shape, I've never seen a cabin air filter so bad. Also the air on the right side will not change temperatures, which turns out to be due to a missing actuator that was broken off. Now I have to go to Honda to get that fixed. Otherwise it's a good car, it just would have been nice if the car had actually been inspected thoroughly by the dealership before I purchased it.

Went in person, Terrence made the process very easy. Walked out with the car I wanted at a price I thought was fair. I felt some other dealers around the Charlotte area mislead and waste time, this dealership did not waste my time at all. Thanks!
- MEMegan ElliottJan 2, 20261.0Got approved for a vehicle in store, and was waiting on it to be detailed for pickup! They found out it had an oil leak, so kindly informed us, and "recommended" a new vehicle to trade it out for! We ended up declining their offer, and a few weeks later recieved a letter from the credit bureau stating we applied for the recommended vehicle and was not approved! This was not true at all, and even have texts from salesperson to defend it! Stating "he had no idea his manager filed it this way.." etc.. and for me to "dispute it on my credit" !!! I would NOT RECOMMEND ! THEY CHANGED PAPERWORK for better numbers on their end! Be careful, even the bigger car lots are janky!

One light bulb wasn’t functioning correctly and one wouldn’t go off . All problems were fixed promptly and they were short handed two workers. Andreas is friendly and keeps you updated. He deserves a raise or promotion soon.

JT's is very through in car maintenance and unexpected areas that need attention. They are caring and even the smallest details in the wait room.amd how.your car is returned. Mindful.to expenses and they keep.the you updated thru the process. Its recognized even more.when you have to bring a car in elsewhere...then you apprecaite JT's more and more... It's over 5 years now we have been comming to this dealership and I am always confident in the outcome when I can get to Jt's in Rock hill ! Kelly & Dallas are outstanding associates !
