Took some time but we got what we wanted. Only advise when signing papers is to tell them yo slow down so o you can read what you are signing so you can ask questions!

They tried to say I needed a new transmission, estimating it to be about $5k. They said their “flow chart” told them it was the problem. They never tested for anything. I spent $$ on a car rental for a week waiting on them. I can’t make this up. I took it to KIA of Concord instead and they were able to find the issue. I needed a new PCM. I saved $$$$$ by going somewhere else. Oh, and KIA of concord also provided a loaner car— something JTs never did. On top of this, there’s also a new nail in my tire after I picked it up. What a convenience. I just had the wheels replaced, so this is how I know since I’ve been paying attention. I am in awe of how a car dealership doesn’t know how to run tests and relies on a “flow chart” to make their decisions 🤔😳.

My Sportage had the Theta 2 engine and it needed replaced. Kelly was able to get it in the shop very last minute, got the diagnostic done, approval for the replacement from Kia, engine ordered and replaced within 3 weeks. She was super helpful from start to finish. Needless to say, I would definitely do business at JTs again. Thank you Kelly!

I recently brought my Telluride in for a recall on a specific part and was expecting a long, drawn-out process—but JT’s Kia completely exceeded my expectations. Kelly in the service department was absolutely fantastic and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was able to get me in for the repair same day without a prior appointment, which I truly appreciated. From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and only took about an hour. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future service needs. Highly recommend!
