  Snuggle service they charge too much. I have same issue before 20 days ago. They fix it like come back and take it back. They’re telling me something else after that the first time I pay for $600 next time they’re asking for $2700 so they rip up. Have to fix your first time with the light come back can you see what I mean it’s a bullshit service

  Kelvin Maple has been amazing during our search for a new vehicle! He made sure we left with exactly what we wanted and took the time to make the whole process smooth and stress free. This is our second time working with him. He helped us with our daughter’s car back in 2024 and once again he delivered outstanding service.   My experience at JT’s Kia was truly exceptional from start to finish. Tyler, the sales associate and Mohammad, the Kia manager, went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure I not only found the perfect vehicle, but also secured payments that were comfortable and realistic for my budget. What stood out most was how intentional and attentive they were throughout the entire process. They asked thoughtful, in-depth questions that went far beyond the basics — really taking the time to understand my lifestyle, daily needs, and long-term goals. Because of that, they were able to guide me toward a car that genuinely fits me, not just something to sell. Their knowledge, professionalism, and transparency made me feel confident every step of the way. Even more importantly, they were kind, patient, and incredibly considerate — which made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process feel smooth and exciting instead.   My car was sent to the dealership for car issues. I had to call 5 times and then have my mother call to get through because I was tired of sitting on hold for 30+ minutes and being transferred back to the automated system. This went on 2 days in a row. And then on top of that I asked them to change the oil but they couldnt even reset the light for that. Worst experience ever and if I have a choice I won't be back. When I went to get my car there was all kinds of people working but you mean no one was available not even the front desk people could answer the phone. I left a message with someone for them to call me back and she did but of course I was in a meeting didnt leave a message with a name or call back number.
