- BIBruce InCharlotteDec 21, 20251.0A frustrating and disappointing experience here. Flying J is usually pretty decent but I think this one just doesn't hit their standards. It was inexpensive fuel and would have been cheaper except that the pump wouldn't let me enter my discount. There was an error that the phone number was attached to more than one account. Frustrating! The buttons on the pump were so work off that there was no way to press the "Yes" or "No." This needs to be solved as does the receipt printer that made it's printing sound but nothing came out. And for whatever reason, they were not properly segregating the RVs/cars from the trucks in the front area. I'm all for truckers having a rest stop and this is aa good one, but I don't want to be dodging truckers as I'm getting fuel. As well, I'm sure they don't want "four wheelers" zipping around as they're getting set up. I won't choose this station again and I'm going to have to figure out the account issue or they'll be moving down the list of fuel stops in my travels.

This is not a terrible location but however I do wish you guys would do more about these guys parking just anywhere making it difficult for others to get in or out. Seems some guys like to park their personal vehicles in spots while they go do their run which takes away from other drivers who need somewhere to park especially when there’s spots that you have to pay to park.. I’d love to see you guys do something about those issues because it’s a bigger deal than you think.
- CWCheryl WylieDec 10, 20253.0Stopped in for a quick bite. Chicken tenders were small and very dry fountain soda tasted flat. I must have stopped at a bad time. Also the tables were sticky and women’s bathroom was completely out of hand washing soap. I used the Gojo hand scrub.
