  Don’t ever shop here. They’re so unhelpful and rude. The lady with the gray hair is snobby and yet not helpful either. I had to do a refund twice because they sold me products that didn’t work nor fit even after checking their system they still decided to sell me products that didn’t work nor fit. I urge you please take your business elsewhere.

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Sebastian. During a storm, one of my windshield wipers broke and I stopped in hoping to quickly buy a replacement. Not only did Sebastian help me find the right wipers, he went above and beyond by installing them for me himself—even though it was raining outside. That kind of customer service is rare and really appreciated when you’re dealing with bad weather and a stressful situation. On top of that, I also needed help with the battery in my key fob. Although AutoZone recently changed their policy and associates are no longer allowed to replace those batteries themselves, Sebastian still took the time to walk me through exactly how to do it and made sure I had the right battery. He was patient, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure I left with everything working properly. Sebastian’s willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. Great service like that is why I’ll keep coming back to this AutoZone. Thanks again, Sebastian!

  Brayden was fantastic! Brought my car in tonight with concerns for a dying battery, he tested it and had it replaced within 20 minutes. Fantastic customer service, great explanation of issues and warranty, wonderful personality. I will always come back to this location.

  AutoZone will not warranty the junk parts they sell. One store tells me no problem but they don’t have the part. I drive to another one that I am told has the part. And they refuse to replace it because I it was bought from a different store. If I have to buy another part might as well buy a better part from a different company.
