They start out good talk a good game till you buy a camper and they don't give a shit about you. They were supposed to fix things on my camper and they still haven't. They called. I asked they never called me back. Of course never again

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I bought a camper in September of 2025 (brand new). The salesman was great and we thought we were in good hands. However after the camper was delivered was when the issues started to pile up. We bought the camper to live in full time. The dealership was aware of this. When the camper was delivered we did a walk through and the driver walked through and marked damages and submitted for work order replacements with the camper being under warranty. Those were quickly approved and parts were ordered which was great. However the front and only door on the camper had issues with the deadbolt lock and the frame was bent and didn’t line completely up. We were able to make do until a technician could come out and fix it. The technician said we needed a whole new door assembly which they ordered along with other parts. While waiting for parts the shower began to leak in the floor and central heating system stopped working during winter. Then technician again looked over the issue when he came out, fixed the shower and stated due to the leak it caused water damage to the heater. He submitted the parts order and we awaited parts. Each time he comes he is only able to fix one small thing at a time. We asked to have the door replaced first and he did not want to do that he wanted to work inside on cabinets and blinds. So here we are with a door that has been ordered since November and not installed because he does not have enough time to put it on the 3 times he’s been out there. Now our door does not shut or latch from the inside or lock from the outside. We also have no had heat all winter with 20 degree temperatures and have been surviving off space heaters. Today the technician was supposed to come out but was dispatched to the wrong address and is now unable to come. So we are bringing a new born baby home from the hospital with a front door that is unsecured and won’t shut and no central heat because camping world has failed to communicate information throughout their departments and provide quality work in a timely manner. Each time we call none of the departs seem to know what is going on. I asked to speak with the GM and was told they were unavailable and I asked could I be transferred to a voicemail to leave a message and was told they don’t have one. They said they could relay the message to the GM and hopefully they could call me back which their communication has been the issue since day one so I have little hope any of this information will reach the right person which is why I have finally decided to write a bad review. I’m sick of this and to give $80k to a business that clearly does not care is disappointing. If you are looking to live in. A camper full time I would not recommend doing business with this location. They are unorganized and do not care about your business after they get your money.

If I could give negative 0 stars for this location I would. The customer service communication is nonexistent. You call, ALWAYS have to leave a message, and NEVER get a return call. We dropped our camper a month ago with a hot water heater issue and two weeks later we were told there was no issue with our water pump. Yes WATER PUMP! Well of course there wasn’t! We didn’t bring it in for that. The service manager Elliot promised he would have a tech on it the next morning and give us a call. It was just a honest mistake he said. Well two weeks later, no phone call and we still do not know what the issue is. According to the service receipt when I picked it up today the hot water heater still was never looked at. If you are thinking of using this location do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. They do not communicate with their customers and it’s likely your camper will never be fixed!

We purchased a 2024 Mallard from here about 8 months ago. We are pleased with our purchase and the process was smooth. Recently we took it in for a couple minor issues and the repairs took a couple months. One issue was a small crack in the sky light letting in a small about of water when it rained. They overlooked the leak when parking it outside waiting on parts and forgot to cover it. This caused a small soft spot in the bathroom ceiling. I called and spoke with the service manager Fab and he assured me they would make things right. I took it back in and in less than a week they removed and replaced the panel with no additional charge. Way to go guys. He met us outside when hooking back up and told us to call him if we need anything eles in the future. Very professional and courteous guy. Thanks Fab, and thank you Camping World for caring for and taking care of your customers.
