Came multiple times to store, drove 40 mins to sit for 1hr beyond appointment and then leave for 40 min drive back without service. Also learned we made an appointment for 3pm, but it was never put in the system. Mavis is a disaster. Drove the extra distance due to similar problem at another store on different day. Results are same at 2 locations....Until they fix some things and feel some pain for poor CS, they will never get better.
