- BJbrandon jones5 days ago2.0Good customer service but a $150 hold to pump gas at the pump insain. And its not like you release it immediately. That is insain and a very good reason to stay away from you and spinx. How do these large companies require more than a small gas station.
- JHJames HowardOct 28, 20251.010/28/25 went to get gas, keep in mind it's 45 degrees with wind blowing cold rain. Get out at pump 6 and use my debit card and the pump handle won't engage. Have to press help button and move to pump 11. Same issue and now im freezing and wet, walk in the store this time and have a associate walk out to the pump with me. Still cant pump and she blames it on a sensor from the rain and ask me to move a 3rd time to another pump. Needless to say same issue, I've wasted 20 minutes of my day plus im freezing cold and wet. Have to go get gas at another station. Get the pumps fixed QT...Spinx is just across the street
