  We ended up with a screw in our tire, and the air was actively leaking, our tire was almost flat when we pulled in to the mavis parking lot. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of us. They went above and beyond and were so accommodating with me being stuck there with my three children. Highly recommend!

  Huge thank you everyone here for staying late past closing and helping to diagnose and fix our car when we broke down on the side of 85 driving home. I so appreciate everyone’s kindness, patience, and willingness to stay and help us out in such an unfortunate situation. We had called when the car broke down and explained the situation and they offered to stay and look at it for us. It saved us significant money to be able to avoid having the car towed two hours back home or get a hotel for the night to have the car looked at tomorrow. It made a world of difference for us, and I am so appreciative to everyone there.

  Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, stayed late to look at our car after it breaking down on 85 and having it towed in. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for us within an hour to get us back on the road home, despite it being after hours. Everyone working showed genuine concern and care for us and explained the issues and what needed to be done every step of the way. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs work done, and would 100% come back here for any future regular service if it was closer to home. Can’t express enough our gratitude for them, as it saved us having to get a hotel and stay the night or pay to have the car towed 2 hours back home.

  I've now bought tires from this store, as well as had tire related service performed, I've never had a complaint about the quality of the work they've performed and it's always been at a reasonable price. Rick Keller and Kaleb Westbrook helped me out today with a screw causing a a slow leak in one of my tires, even though they were short handed they got me in and out quickly

  I had the best experience over at mavis tire on Anderson rd Rick Keller at the front desk was very helpful he really took care of me and the technician tj Wooten that worked on my care did a grate job pointing out the things that needed to be done most importantly they didn’t push for me to get things done like most shops they were very honest I will definitely be back for any service that I need done if they are there
