  Rick Keller and Kaleb Westbrook were excellent! Customer service and knowledge of products and pricing, were fantastic. Went in for bake check and alignment. They were able to communicate effectively the process and timeline and helped me with apply coupon codes to save me some money. Overall excellent experience today! Thanks fellas for the service!

  Rick Keller at Mavis Tires & Brakes (11030 Anderson Rd, Piedmont,SC) was extremely kind and very helpful when I brought my car in to have a nail removed from my tire. He took time to explain their process for plugging the hole - which seems like the safest method for preserving the tire and preventing air leaks in the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took time with me. Thank you for a good experience. I'll tell others and I'll be back!

  I was flying down the highway, late to car line, when I rolled over God knows what, on hwy 85. By the time I made it to Mavis, my back right tire was completely flat. The team got right to work, were able to repair the tire quickly, and got me right back to kid pick-up and after school chaos, with barely a hiccup in my day. I couldn't have been more grateful and impressed with the professional and efficient service. Will definitely recommend!

  My wife arrived at the Mavis in Powdersville to have someone look at a tire and see if it could be plugged or had to be replaced, although she showed up at a busy time she felt like she was brushed off and not acknowledged as a normal customer. I went back up to Mavis with her the second time very frustrated and spoke with the technician at the counter Rick. He listen to my frustration and got to work on trying to correct what we thought was rude behavior towards a customer. We ordered a set of tires and he gave us a discount on each tire, which I thought was a nice gesture. While her vehicle was getting serviced I started talking with Rick about her car and some other issues I needed checked. Rick looked over the vehicle and mentioned what would need to be done to correct the problems and a few suggestions on how to do that without being over expensive. I feel like Rick stepped up to correct a bad situation and give us a better interaction overall. I use Mavis for most of my automotive needs and up to the point all my encounters with the technicians have been good. Today I felt Rick went above and beyond to make it right for the customer and I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at this location. I will continue to recommend to family and friends for their automotive needs.

  I chose this place solely for the fact that I could order tires and schedule my appointment online. I showed up for my appointment and left my vehicle and went to dinner with my family. When I returned 90 minutes later, they had not even touched my vehicle. They then took another 90 minutes to do the service. There was no sense of urgency in the shop at any point. A few days later, I noticed my tire pressure was low. Not seeing any punctures, I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to have them look at it. They told me they couldn’t squeeze me in but if I came back Sunday they would be able to look at it. I arrived Sunday morning at 9 when they opened and dropped my truck and said I’d be back at noon to pick it up. The manager confirmed it would be ready by then. When I arrived at noon, once again my truck had not moved. To make matters worse, I waited 20 minutes while they had to search high and low for my lost keys. Needless to say I was done. I have yet to walk into that place and not walk out completely disappointed with the service I received. Today, I went to Piedmont Tire at 8 am when they opened. They determined the leak was from a bad valve stem. The same valve stems that Mavis charged me for replacing… Save yourself the hassle and just go to Piedmont Tire.
