Then he says the oil is low I wouldn’t get an oil change but maybe top the oil off which costed me 30$☹️ took my car to shop and shop said my oil was fine just needed a change! Ridiculous how your associate just lied to get me on through!!

The young man under my hood knocked something down into the pit from my car as well as spilled oil on my front bumper. Yes I saw that. He was honestly too busy joking around with the guy that was doing all the computer work for me to have any trust in his attention to detail. This is the only time I have strained my eyes to see where the oil line was when he showed me the dipstick. I don't mind the staff being young and I'm all for a good time, but he seemed careless. I looked for a name badge but his jacket covered it. I haven't had any trouble with my car and it's been 2 days. I'm not hard to please, and I have always liked the staff, and the location.. I text my husband before I left there in case something happened to my car. I'm not sure if I will be back.
