  I had a not so good experience with another shop. That lead me to Mavis! I needed work done and with economy being like it is. I was worried about what needed to be done. Plus what the price would be. Scott and his crew went above and beyond! He had the part delivered the same day. The work was done within an hr. VERY reasonable price! I will be going back. If I should ever need anything done in the future! 5 stars all the way around Thanks guys!

  No longer happy with Mavis , sorry to say but my vehicle was needing repairs and as often as I was there for oil changes and I purchased my tires there also. I was never told what my vehicle needed until my last oil change was done, and it was in thousands of dollars to replace and repair everything needed. I am now going to a different automobile repair shop.

  We were out of town and headed back home today with a long road trip ahead of us. As we were packing the car, my husband noticed that we had a flat tire. We were 30 minutes away from anywhere, but he inflated the tire enough to get in the road. We saw Mavis and decided to stop in and have it checked out. They took us immediately and gave us incredible service. They were warm and friendly and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. It was a simple fix, luckily, and we weren’t even charged. They didn’t try to upsell us on anything…just provided the customer service we wish everyone offered. If we could give more than five stars, we’d do it! Thank you Mavis for making our road trip safe!

  I had a great experience here! I came in needing new tires and was honestly surprised at how affordable the prices were. The turnaround time was quick, and I was back on the road sooner than expected (even for a Saturday morning). What really stood out was the customer service—the employees were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything unnecessary, which is rare these days. I can tell they’re genuine and care about their customers, not just making a sale. This will definitely be my go-to place from now on. Highly recommend!
