There was zero communication once the car was dropped off. There was an issue with the device, so that’s not the shops fault but a little communication goes a long way. Car was dropped off at 9am, I called to check around 4pm & they said it would be ready when they close at 7pm. Then more issues with the lock, so it took another day but again NO communication. I realize they’re busy but seemed to have no concern or urgency for us to get our car back. We will find somewhere else to go for calibration and future service.

Overcharged me by 85$ for ignition interlock calibration per vehicle.. $100 each. Caters charges $15 each so $30 for 2 vehicles vs $200 at one stop. Complete rip off. Caters took 5 minutes. One stop makes you drop off the car for hours!!!?? Inconvenient and way overpriced. If i could leave 0 stars I would.
