- KHKelli HarrisonOct 5, 20251.0My son went in Saturday to have his oil changed in his truck. His sticker showed it was time as well as the vehicle oil life remaining system. The employee pulled the dipstick and told him he was “good for at least 1,500 more miles”. Went to another oil change place and they showed the oil and said it did need to be changed, which we knew and wanted it done. Not having oil changed regularly can cause issues and this employee obviously doesn’t care about that. I will note, he went in around 2:00 on Saturday and they don’t close until 5:00, so it’s not like he pulled up 10 minutes before closing time. Also, after speaking with others we found out we aren’t the only ones that have been told this same thing from this same place. We have taken all 4 of our vehicles here in the past, we will not be going here any longer.
