I even give Walmart a 5-star at the self checkout after waiting in line for 10-15 mins to check out because they won’t open up more registers. But this experiences was unbelievable bad. It’s so hard to suck this bad. I was hoping someone was going to tell me I was on candid camera or some prank show with hidden cameras. “Dropping the ball” or “slipping through the cracks” is an understatement.

The assistant manager took the time to explain the process for renting with an extraordinary amount of patience and professionalism. If ever needed again this would be the office I'd visit. I was more than pleased with the way I was treated.
