  Mavis Tire’s and brakes was literally a life saver !!! My daughter’s tire busted in a pothole this Sunday and they took the time out a few minutes before five to fix the tire while they were fixing my daughter‘s tire my tire busted as we were putting air in it. They helped me with a glad heart ❤️ I appreciate them so very much. Mr. James and the workers was so very helpful and kind ! I was trying to get back to church and Mr. James told “Jesus to take the wheel “ 😂Thank you Mr. James and staff we appreciate you all and God Bless!

  Pawleys Island location. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They even open/hold the door for the ladies. I went in for break service. They told me it wasn't needed. So they didn't do the work. Plus they rotated my tires. There was absolutely no charge for my entire visit. The technician, I think his name was Brian who was very knowledgeable and took me out into the shop and showed me a few things about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them and I will return in the future. Good job Mavis team! 2014 Ford Flex

  Stopped at this location to get a repair on a nail in my tire and they fit me in quickly to get me on my way. The manager and techs were super friendly and informative, I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!

  I purchased 4 new tires for my Silverado and I was thoroughly pleased throughout the entire process. From the showroom/desk to the installation technician, everyone was friendly and professional. The shop is immaculate, and my experience has shown me that only when you have techs that are competent and care about their environment are you able to maintain such cleanliness and organization. It also indicates how well they'll care for your vehicle. They recommended a Kumho tire, branded for Mavis, as an alternative to the Wranglers that had now been discontinued. I had them perform a wheel alignment as well (always do this when buying new tires) and my truck tracks straight as an arrow. The shop manager discounted services for me and added extended road hazard and wear warranty to give me the best value he could, competing successfully with three other area businesses. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, I like how the tires look on my truck, and I'm happy with the ride quality. Hopefully I'll get as many miles out of these as I did on my previous two sets of Wranglers. Five stars.

  Came into Mavis this morning to purchase a tire, because the tire on my car was horrible, they took me in quickly and got me a tire for a reasonable price. Had me back on the road and back to work in no time. They were very friendly. Great customer service. If you are looking for reasonable prices for a tire and excellent customer service, try Mavis. You won’t be disappointed. I have visited the Murrells Inlet store and Georgetown and had a pretty good experience, but this store I must say was the best overall. Thanks Mavis Tire!!
