  Enterprise does not replace your rental. Stranded in the mountains and carless for 24 hours! Almost ruined a wedding. Horrible customer service! Almost $1,000 spent and no help. Rude employees and downgraded for an 8 hour ride home

  “I ordered a full-size SUV for an 18-hour drive… and was handed the keys to a Corolla. The teenage rental agent assured me I must’ve messed up the reservation. Checked my email — nope, I nailed it. He then proudly informed me there was no manager on duty. Guess when you’re 17 and run the car lot, accountability takes the day off too!” 🚗😂

  I reserved a car for a work trip and tried and tried to call the location with no answer so I drove down to the location only to find a sign on the door saying "sorry we missed you, please call the number". This location is inside Caliber Colision and the lady that works there told me that they had not been in and that they were moving cars to their Georgetown location (15 miles away). I called that location, no answer. I called the main Enterprise number, they said they would have someone call me from the Georgetown location. So far, no call and no car. I now have to drove my own car 500 miles for work because it's too late to find another rental. I cannot believe they didn't even call people who have reservations to make other arrangements. I will never rent from Enterprise again.
