  Went by AutoZone today to have my car battery checked out. Stacey was friendly, professional and patient explaining the results of the battery test. With some upcoming summer trips, I did not want be dealing with a dead battery. Thank you Stacey!

  Rich F. at Pageland AutoZone is my hero! My car decided that today was the day that it would take me no further until it got a new battery. I was able to get to AutoZone, but then got stranded. Rich took a look in the engine and confirmed that it was, indeed, the battery, and helped me choose the best new one for my car. Then he installed the battery right there in the parking lot, going above and beyond by replacing a corroded connector, as well, and treating it with a corrosion-prevention gel. Then he even ran a check to make sure my alternator was doing ok. All the while, he was patient, humorous and good-natured, making what could have been a very stressful situation for me a rather enjoyable one. (And thanks to the other employees who made an effort to be helpful and friendly today, as well!) This is why Pageland's AutoZone is always my first stop when I need something for my car. They have ALWAYS been this helpful and friendly to me. This time, it was Rich who made my day!

  Went in for an oil change kit. The manager told me upon checking out that for just $3 more, I could also take advantage of getting a new air filter. They could have just sold me what I went in for; however, they focused on making sure the customer was happy & got the most out of the purchase. I am now only going to AutoZone for my automotive needs in the future. Thanks for being knowledgeable & helping make a good deal better. I give AutoZone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5️⃣ for the extra mile that was taken to help make my visit much better & less expensive.
