  Took my truck in to get diagnosed for a strong vibration believing to might be the exhaust somewhere. A thorough evaluation was performed and they were unable to ascertain exact cause. Thanks so much for getting me in quick to help me remedy this issue. I will be back and this business is highly recommended.

  Id like to suggest that the owner and employees receive additional training in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Based from my own experience, it felt as though customers NOT being treated with fairness and respect. Taking advantage of customers. Suggestion: just be real and offer more welcoming environment. Hope this feedback is taken constructively. NO Hate! Thanks.

  I would not recommend this shop. I brought my car in for a specific issue, and they told me the repairs they were going to do would fix the problem. After spending a good amount of money, the problem was still there. Instead of working with me to make it right, they insisted I still had to pay for the repairs that didn’t solve anything. On top of that, the staff was rude throughout the process, which only made the experience worse. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere that actually stands behind their work.

  I brought my truck to this shop due to a check engine light for a O2 sensor. Al, I believe the owner, advised me to replace my entire exhaust system due to back pressure causing this issue. After spending $900 on having the full exhaust replaced the issue remained the same. I called and let them know a few days later and they asked me to bring it back into the shop so they can look into it. They have now had my truck in the shop for 1 full month. I have called a total of 13 times during this month for any updates with nothing but we will have Al call you back with 0 returned calls. My wife and I drove up there to talk to them to see if we could get any answers. After asking Al directly if he was able to find anything he told me that the check engine light was on due to the O2 sensor. Which was the exact thing I brought it to them to repair at day 1. After him telling me it wasn't his problem I asked how it wasn't being they told me the problem was the exhaust from the start. He then goes to tell me to lose my attitude or he will TAKE MY KEYS AND NOT LET MY TRUCK GO ANYWHERE. Long story short don't waste your time or money on the lack of professionalism or knowledge in the work or general custom courtesy.

  While traveling through the state with our travel trailer connected, we stopped for gas in Orangeburg SC. As we pulled out of the gas station, we heard a loud metallic clanging sound. We discovered one of the exhaust pipes had broken loose . We searched for a muffler shop and found Pooser's nearby. We drove up and could tell they were busy, and it was near the end of the business day. I spoke with the owner, who told us where we could drop our trailer. They pulled my truck into the bay and found that one of the exhaust pipes had rusted through and separated from the other where they branch. I told him we had six more hours of traveling that day to get home. He had his muffler tech spot weld the pipe back in place so we could continue our travel. I appreciate this gentleman and his employees very much. They truly show why local businesses are much better than large chains where they only want your money. If we lived closer, I would trust Pooser's to do all of our mechanic work.
