- DKDaniel KirklandDec 5, 20251.0Urging All customers to book online before heading to Enterprise. Reserved a 15 Passenger Van online in Columbia at a rate of $105 a day with a $300 deposit. However, they overbooked this vehicle and Enterprise did not have any Vans in the Columbia Location. I went to the Orangeburg location and inquired about the same 15 passenger Van, they were very accommodating at a moments notice. The same 15 Passenger Van that I inquired about charged at a rate of $300 a day with a $300 deposit only because I did the purchase inside the store. Enterprise charged me 3 times the original rate of $105 a day plus a $300 deposit. Although, I must say that the team was very friendly and on the other hand, I would definitely be overwhelming friendly too if I made an extra $200 off a rental. Please note, Enterprise websites are not live inventory, after you reserve online, please call the store directly to see if that vehicle is available, especially when reserving large SUV’s or 12-15 passenger vans.
