  I was there 12/24/25 had a very small accident, I hit the arm of the entrance to the car wash by mistake, I told the attendant I made a mistake, he then use profanity an called me stupid an a few more names at that point we both use profanity at each other I called the police to get a accident report, the damage to the arm of the gate was not bad at all a plastic cap on the arm cracked within a few mins the gate was find , can't believe you allow your employees to treat you customer like that

  Do not support this business! My husband used this service in November 2025, he was offered a special for the month. He would have unlimited washes for the entire month of November for 24.00. Well the employee signed my husband up for reoccurring payments of 39.00 every month without his knowledge or permission. Underhanded employees and business. Do better by your customers!!!

  I went there on 11/25/2025 and came away with damage to my vehicle. I filed a claim with them and received their claim denial. Here is my response: I am in receipt of your response to my claim. I am not surprised that you came to the conclusion that you did as very few businesses today have any sense of responsibility including yours. As background my Suburban is brand new and has less than 2,000 miles on it. It has never been to a car wash, never been to an enclosed commercial garage that could have low hanging objects. It is also garage kept at my residence every day and night to protect it. It is convenient that with the design of your "state of the art" business that after the vehicle is washed, it immediately exits with no real opportunity to inspect the exterior, so damage is never immediately evident. Upon my return home after the car wash I saw the damage caused by your machinery, but assumed that you would simply deny any responsibility because I had left the premises. However, the next morning I was angry that this had happened and there was no immediate recourse, so I returned to your business to bring the damage to your attention. I am a retired police officer and would never make any false claims against any person or business. Once again, people without ethics and businesses like yours never fail to disappoint with your dishonesty. You have insurance that would cover the damage that you did to my vehicle, but it is easier to just deny the claim and assume that the customer is being dishonest with you. You can hide behind your disclaimer and assert pre-existing damage, but this is not true. It's simply your way to not take responsibility for your actions. I'll be sure to write an explicit accurate Google review for your business to explain my regretful experience with your business. Eventually, your business ethics will catch up with you and you'll fail as you deserve to do! Knowing this, you'd be crazy to ever go there!
