- JCJeff CorbinJan 2, 20262.0I asked for an oil change and for my fluid to be replaced. After trying to charge me another 1500 dollars for spark plugs, back brakes and rear differential fluid. I refused these options and I guess because got poor service. No new antifreeze and not even a sticker on the window. I still have my Take 5 sticker up there. By the way, I'm supposed to trust them with brakes and rear differential service and not to mention spark plugs averaging 75 bucks a piece. I'll go back to Take 5 for my next oil change.

The technician also told me I needed to change my rear differential fluid. There is no rear differential on a front wheel drive Escape. With a $20 off coupon, I managed to get out of there for only $90. I will find somewhere else to get future oil changes. The Ford dealer is cheaper than this.

The manager Will is a Navy veteran who noticed my disabled veteran plates and IMMEDIATELY thanked me for my service. Started swapping stories and we actually served at the same base. He gave me a military discount and told me what needed to be done on my truck beyond an oil change. This is by far the BEST Jiffy Lube I've ever been to in the country. Will is leading this ship with all the professionalism and attention to detail his 12 years of service to this great country taught him. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ENOUGH.

This resulted in the most obnoxious three weeks. My engine blew up the next day after the oil change. I was stranded for a few hours and then had to deal with the back and fourth of my dealership to get a brand new engine that jiffy lube had to pay for because they don’t know how to do oil changes! They weren’t helpful. They didn’t stay in contact with me. It was a literal oil change and they managed to blow. Up. My. Engine.
