I stopped in to ask about getting air in one of my tires (car's sensor told which tire was low) and they were busy...Bradley told me no problem & to pull around front. I couldn't believe he wanted to make sure all tires had the correct PSI! Because of our temps dropping, 2 of the 4 were very low. How efficient & kind to take the time to do it, and do it right. A few days later, I decided to go ahead and have my oil changed (since it was close to time) and I had the pleasure of working with River. Wow! I was taken care of quickly, showed my cabin filter (yuk!), tires & fluids looked good so I was ready to go! Price wasn't bad and it is SO nice to see such good customer service (like back in the day)!
- JTJessica TimmonsNov 6, 20251.0Unfortunately negative stqr reviews aren't a thing. changing my oil apparently your guys didn't secure the front half of the splash guard under the car properly so when I got on the 2 hour ride back home the front half of the splash guard ripped loose, ripping the screws from the middle half of the guard to come out and causing it to hang and drag. I had to stop 4 times on the side of the road to try and secure the part hanging. Then I had to borrow a car to drive to work for 3 days until I had a day off to have my mechanic secure the hanging part. The front half that ripped loose and flew off down the road is going to cost me 180$ for the part alone. This was negligent and dangerous and could have caused me to wreck or hurt someone else on the road. It was not busy while I was there. There were no other cars in the bay until I was pulling out to leave. There were 5 guys standing around while my oil was changed and not one of them thought to properly replace the screws thwy took out of that cover. Slack.
