  I had a great experience at SpeeDee Oil Change (The one off of Ashley Phosphate) on my last visit! Dwayne and Carrol truly went above and beyond. Dwayne was incredibly through, kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain exactly what my car needed and why, which I really appreciated. Carrol at the front desk made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in!! It’s rare to find service like this these days. Thank you both for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free! I will be back!

  Was traveling from Charleston to the Upstate area yesterday afternoon and had a flat tire. Put on the spare and began looking for a place to get the tire leak repaired. This was the only place that agreed to do it immediately. Had us back on the road in less than an hour. Super nice people and great service!

  Customer service is A1! From the mechanics to front desk! Everyone greeted and treated me with respect! Carol! Awesome, she got me checked in and out, made sure I understood what I was getting and paying for and she made sure I stayed cool!! Steven explained my inspection in a manner that was understood and I can definitely appreciate that! All in all I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

  I had an excellent experience at Speedee Oil Change & Auto Service, thanks to Carol and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and very efficient. Carol went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained clearly and that my car received top-quality care. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and I truly appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but this team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Carol and the team for anyone looking for reliable and outstanding car service!

  This a whole new crew theyre very nice. So i hadnt gotten an oil change since 24 because the old team apparently “fd up my oil pan” as the nice man stephen put it. So nobody else would do it I had so much going on with the car i told him im just a girl and he stopped speaking Chinese and translated it to english… girls we are safe here. YAY🤗They replaced my oil pan for free. Then I was like boom you gotta talk to my dad do this and the guy Dwayne did and got my dad to pay for it for me 🤭 all and all this team is amazing and shot out to carol for bein the one who makes it fun!
