  The repair was fine. Getting in and my appointment were fine too. However, when they said they were done I asked the technician if they had vacuumed the glass out of the door. The response was a yes sir taken care of. The next day when I shut the door that was repaired it sounded like a damn maraca. Then when I shut the front door, it too causes all the glass to rattle. When I called about it, they were nice as can be but I still had to create a “warranty” appointment for the following week to get it taken care of. Not saying Safelite is horrible or anything like that but beware the standard for craftsmanship and professionalism.

  North Charleston, SC (Palmetto Commerce Pkwy Location): Danny (Store Manager) and Edward (Technician) turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. When an unexpected mishap happened during my windshield replacement, they handled it with professionalism, clear communication, and quick problem-solving. Truly appreciated their customer service and how they made things right!

  At first I did mobile but technician was a no-show and didn’t receive any phone call or messages to why it was a no-show. I called customer service. They said they didn’t know what was going on. they said they will get back to me to figure out what was going on. I never got a phone call back. I had to call again. They wanted to schedule me at the same time, but I told them no because it was on the weekend and I told them that the weekends they are closed and I paid upfront so I did not want to risk it. Thank God I went with that they scheduled me for the same day at 11 o’clock, but I had to go in the store at the shop. I mean they said it would take two hours. I took four but at the shop, the workers, the technicians the lady at front desk. They were super sweet overall, and they did do a good job. I was just disappointed at the mobile service, but the shop is way better really sweet people and good workers. if I would’ve went to go to the shop with my first appointment, they would definitely have a five star rating even though the timing is longer, but the mobile service is terrible. No communication at all. This is why I’m giving two stars just by the mobile service that I didn’t have
