  Been there a couple days ago for a oil change and Rob at the front was awsome, helped me out through the entire process. Michael (the one that was working on my car) did a amazing job. Went above and beyond. Told me and showed me work that needed to be done soon and was also fast and efficient. Thank you everyone that works at this location. Will definitely be back. I would recommend Michael working on my car any time. Go in and request him.

  This Mavis was the worse Mavis I have ever been to. I switched from Discount Tire to Mavis back in November for the 1st time. I got my tires rotated and purchased the warranties. The Mavis in the Hinesville are was clean, organized and very professional and Mike there earned my business. This one was the total opposite. But my ma8n issue is that I purchased a warranty with my tires and the alignment. One of my new tires from Mavis was worn to the metal, all 4 tires were wearing on the inside. When I mentioned the tire alignment, the manager said the tires have sidewalk scuffs. I explained to her that the car is 6 years old. To get to the end of this. I went back to Discount tire amd will never go back to a Mavis. Discount warranty is a true warranty, "this" Mavis l, because I sure all Mavises are the same, is the worse.

  Noticed a bubble in my tire and needed to get my tire swapped asap. This was at 4pm 2hrs before yall closed. Got the pleasure of talking to Jason, who not only got me the exact tire i needed, but went out of his way to send me to another mavis that could take me before days end. Jason was great and deserves either a raise or a paid vacation fr.

  Excellent service! They took care of me when I needed a new tire and ended up getting a whole new set for a great deal! Never bought a full set before and they made it painstakingly easy. 😌Check em out!

  I made an online appointment for 1PM. I checked in (on time) and told them I was going to wait on my vehicle. An hour went by and so I inquired about the status of my vehicle, and it wasn't even touched. At that time, they told me that one tech didn't come in that day and the other tech is in training and slower and that they were 2-3 hours behind. At the very minimum they should have disclosed that information at the time I checked in so that I wouldn't have wasted an hour of my time. I asked for my keys and went right down the street to Tire Choice Auto Service Center. They took me in right away and fixed my tire in 10 minutes. I will be using them for now on since this is the second time I had an issue with Mavis. I always give a company 2 tries before I make an opinion about them.
