  The team at Gerber in North Charleston were very professional and kept me up to date on my truck before it was inevitably totaled. Insurance gave us the run-around but the shop was always upfront about my vehicle. Harrison and team are awesome, shop was very clean and organized when I went to retrieve my items from my vehicle.

  I received the best service from here. The staff is so nice and Harrison kept me up to date twice weekly regarding the progress of my vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

  You never really look forward to vehicle repairs especially on a brand new car but this Gerber location completely changed that experience for us. From the very first interaction, it was clear we were in great hands. The team is professional, personable, and truly delivers on what they promise. They take a lot of the stress out of the repair process, which makes a huge difference when you’re already dealing with an unexpected situation. Melissa, the office manager, set the tone right away with her warm greeting and friendly demeanor. She immediately made us feel welcome, appreciated, and at ease. We were assigned a dedicated staff member, Harrison, who provided weekly updates without us ever needing to follow up. That level of proactive communication was incredibly reassuring. The manager, Brenden, also introduced himself right away and made it clear he was always available to help with any concerns. Overall, an outstanding experience with a team that genuinely cares about their customers and makes the entire process smooth and stress free. Thank you!

  My vehicle was wrecked by an uninsured driver, and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to Gerber. Do not use Gerber for any insurance work. They require you to sign an authorization form under which you agree to assume personal financial responsibility for any and all charges, even though insurance is supposed to cover this. Brendan was extremely rude when I tried to explain this and get this sorted out so I could have my vehicle repaired. Fortunately, there are other great repair shops in the area like Holy City Collision that have forms that are specific to this situation and do not put you at personal financial risk.

  If there was a minus star I would use it.. Lied too constantly for two months… horrible place..except Nelissa was nice… I will never ever use this business again and I hope people ask me about it because I will tell the truth…,
