They do have a person that gives your car a once over before hitting the wash. The vacuums are free and they also provide dash and window cleaning liquids and clean towels. All in all it was a good experience.

There is also a significant amount of dirt and grim still on my vehicle the rim cleaning was about the same as spraying them off with a hose. My wintowa still had bird crap on them after pulling out of the wash. The people were nice though!
