About a week later had damage to my suv and she retaliated against me by not filing my claim properly and having her colleague email me with an unprofessional and condescending tone. I will inform each of my employees and colleagues to do their business somewhere else that’s more professional. Dom and the other gentleman with locs are about the best thing going for this facility. The other staff members are rude and rush you through the wash ultimately putting you in a position that can cause damage to your vehicle or others. I have filed a BBB complaint and for the arrogant manager Jyro who is emailing me. I hope you know that you can’t speak to people any kind of way and represent a business at the same time. You have to be very careful what you say in emails as it creates additional liability for the company.
