The whole process was flawless from setting my appointment online to providing me information days before my appointment ! This was truly a great customer service experience! It was raining the day of my appointment so the tech asked me to put my car in my garage. After doing so, he still ended up asking me to reschedule. He came back a few days later and cracked my entire windshield in the process of trying to do the repair. I scheduled a full replacement for a few days later. The tech arrived and told me his tablet wasn't working and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled again for today for a morning time slot (8am-1pm). It's now 1pm and no one has shown up and I have not even received a phone call with an ETA and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Horrendous company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They installed a new one that day but said they couldn’t complete the calibration and would need to order another windshield. I was told it would arrive the following week, and I even called that Thursday to confirm. They told me the glass would be delivered Friday. Friday comes… and instead of confirming my appointment, they call to tell me the windshield is suddenly on back order with no ETA. How is it “out for delivery” one day and on back order the next? It makes absolutely no sense. Since then, I’ve emailed multiple times and still get the same response: “It’s on back order.” Meanwhile, I’ve been driving around for almost four months with my sensors not working correctly because they can’t complete the calibration. What makes it worse is they haven’t even attempted to use another vendor to get the correct windshield for my truck. It’s almost 2026 and I still don’t have the proper replacement. This has been a terrible customer experience from start to finish. If I had known it would drag on this long, I would have kept my original windshield with the crack and gone somewhere else. Absolutely do not recommend.
