Prior to the project Safelite sent confirmation texts as well as a video on how to prepare for my window replacement so everything would be straightforward and ready to go when they got on site. They sent texts to update me on arrival times as well as texts throughout the process with updates on the process. My tech, Dashawn, showed up early and was ready to get the job done! He was kind and very efficient with his time and it was clear he knew what he was doing. I would highly reccomend Safelite for a stress free repair or replacement. The customer service was top notch and expectations were set from the start and exceeded throughout the process.

They were unable to calibrate the windshield during the install resulting in codes being triggered on my van requiring a second visit. Broke the washer nozzle, didn’t tell me, and didn’t repair it. Have a small creak in the windshield like it’s rubbing something behind the headliner. Safelite lost my quote numerous times resulting in getting a new quote each time. Each new quote was a different amount than the others. Amount I was requested to pay on the day of install was yet another different amount (more) than the last quote I received. Requested a discount/partial refund for all the hassle and was only offered a set of wipers which I didn’t need since mine are fine. Like most places, they are overbooked and understaffed so be ready to wait. I understand my Sprinter van is not as common as other vehicles but not exactly out of the ordinary so no real excuse for their lack of knowledge and poor workmanship with it. Maybe someone with a typical passenger vehicle would have better luck?

I filed a claim and found this shop had some appts available later in the day so I scheduled it. I arrived just before my appt time and the young lady at the front desk took my keys right away. She was very nice and friendly. My Jeep was in the shop moments later getting the new windshield installed. The tech was very friendly as well and made sure I was happy and understood everything before I left. I was in and out of there in an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The appointment was for the afternoon between noon and 18:00. Around 11 am I got a call from the technician if I was available already. Sure thing! When my technician came he gave a estimate repair/replace time of 1,5 to 2 hours. I'm pretty sure he was done within 45 minutes! Very fast guy, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
